Class Description: Fall flavors meet spectacular Spanish ingredients—welcome to Basque country. Join us and try your hand at braising chicken in a pepper sauce and roasting pears for an autumn-inspired salad. We’ll pan fry potatoes for patatas bravas and bake a decadent custard showcasing homemade caramel.
