Led by our expert bartending team, you will craft a lineup of cocktails that balance smoky depth with bright, refreshing notes. Along the way, you will learn approachable techniques for building flavor, working with fresh ingredients, and creating cocktails you can recreate at home.

Each drink is paired with BBQ-inspired small plates designed to complement and elevate every sip, creating a full progression of flavor throughout the evening.
