In honor of Julia Child’s birthday, we’ll use her celebrated cookbook as a guide as you practice searing chicken, flipping potato pancakes and chopping vegetables for summer ratatouille. We’ll show you how to flambé crêpes in citrus syrup for a show-stopping dessert: Crêpes Suzette. Plus, you’ll take home a cookbook (a $35 value) so you can recreate the magic at home.
