Class Description: This Thanksgiving offer your guests a delectably different menu. In this class, you will learn how to dress up roasted squash with burrata. We’ll show you how to stuff a turkey breast with chestnut dressing and fry crisp potato puffs called pommes dauphine. For a spectacular finish to your holiday feast, we will flambé pears in cognac and top them with whipped crème fraîche.
