Founded in 1875, Charbonnel et Walker is one of Britain’s earliest chocolatiers. Every chocolate is handmade according to traditional recipes and then carefully packaged at the Old Bond Street Store in London. This new addition to their famous collection is creating quite a stir across the pond. They’ve added sweet liquid caramel and sea salt centers to luxurious milk chocolate truffles, and then lightly dusted them in icing sugar. Charbonnel et Walker holds a Chocolate Manufacturer Royal Warrant to Her Majesty the Queen.

- Ingredients: Milk chocolate (52.8%) (sugar, cocoa fat, dry whole milk. unsweetened chocolate, soy lectithin added as emulsifier, natural vanilla flavor), inverted sugar syrup, sugar confectionery (18.2%) (glucose syrup (wheat), evaporated milk (nonfat milk, sugar), hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut, palm kernel), salt, artificial flavors, mono- and di-glycerides of fat forming acids (an emulsifier) ), icing sugar (cane sugar, calcium phosphates added as anti-caking agent) and sea salt (0.7%).
