Castel’Pro ULTRALU consists of a layer of anodized aluminum above a layer of aluminum for quick even heat, plus an additional layer of stainless steel on the base to make it compatible with induction stovetops.

Castel’Pro collection features interior measurement markings that ensure you always add ingredients with precision. Cooking surface corners are rounded for easy mixing and cleaning, as are the rims to make pouring a simple, mess-free affair. The large, easy-to-grip handles are ergonomically designed for comfort and stay cool on stovetops. Lids are made of thick, stainless steel and rounded to provide a little extra space and to retain moisture, returning it back to the food for delicious results.
