Ideal for making delicate sauces, melting chocolate and more, these inserts are designed to be compatible with the detachable, interchangeable handles of the Strate collection (sold separately). These inserts are available in two sizes: 1-qt. insert is compatible with the Cristel Strate 1-qt. saucepan and 1.5-qt milkpot, and the 3-qt. insert is compatible with the Cristel Strate 3-qt. saucepan.

The detachable, interchangeable handles allow you to customize each sleek, stainless steel vessel, and make for space-saving efficiency in storage and the dishwasher. These handles securely fasten to vessels thanks to a patented locking mechanism, and will not detach until you unlock them. The long handles or two side handles can be attached to hot vessels in the oven for safe transport without the need for potholders or oven mitts. Interchangeable handles easily turn a cooking pan into a serving vessel.

The impact-resistant glass lids are flat for efficient stacking storage in the refrigerator and to take up less space in dishwasher or cabinet. An entire Cristel collection takes up about a quarter of the space as other similarly sized collections, making it ideal for smaller living spaces, boat galleys, motorhomes, or anyone who enjoys convenience and quality.
