The grease drain hole on the griddle plate is located directly above grease cup, so grease is routed directly towards the cup. This significantly cuts down on grease build up and potential flare ups when grilling.

The dual-hinged lid design features a drop-down pizza oven door that allows for easy access in to the oven with minimal heat loss. This allows for a more efficient pizza cooking process.
