The result is a robust green oil with peppery flavor and citrus notes that enhance vinaigrettes, soups and sauces as well as pasta and grilled meat, chicken and seafood. Made by the fourth-generation Muraglia family, the oil arrives in a handcrafted ceramic bottle, beautifully decorated with a vibrant Mediterranean pattern.
