The Paris u’Select mills feature Peugeot’s exclusive u’Select grind system, which allows you to adjust the grind by turning the ring at the bottom of the mill. Turning the ring in one direction makes a finer grind; turning in the other makes it coarser. Once the grind size is set, it will stay in place until the user changes it. Adjust the ring to any of the six pre-defined settings or to any point in between for the grind you prefer.

Made of case-hardened steel, it has received additional treatment against wear and corrosion.
