Use pre-set temperatures for beef, pork, veal, poultry and lamb, or set temperature manually for personal preferences. Preset temperatures are based on USDA recommendations. Measures from 4°F to 482°F. The oven probe has a safety alarm that goes off if the oven exceeds 482°F.
