Since 1996, Stonehouse California Olive Oil have been proud to be a part of the farmer’s market revolution in the United States. Today, they are proudly women-owned and operated business that grows all their olives within a 1.5-hour drive from San Francisco—mainly in Winters, Capay, Napa and Woodland. They do not use pesticides or herbicides on any of the ranches and only use a liquid fertilizer on one ranch in the Capay Valley when trees are first planted, as it is on an ancient rock bed and cannot be tilled.
