On Tuesday, April 8, raise the bar of your cocktail game with Summer House’s Sip, Shake, Rosé Cocktail Class! From 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, learn how to make three new drinks that feature a different cocktail technique.
From the Blush Fizz Spritz to the Rosé Wave and Rosé Sangria, each cocktail highlights the subtle yet sweet aromatics of springtime. As you stir, shake, and sip, enjoy perfect food pairings like Smoked Fish & Crab Dip, Prosciutto-Wrapped Melons, Spicy Ahi Tuna Tartare, and more. The full event menu is listed on our website.
Cheers to the budding season with a refreshing drink in hand! Tickets to our Spring Cocktail Class are available for $60, plus tax (gratuity not included).
